Last spring’s Meadowlark Nature Festival auction once again showcased the generosity of our long-time supporters at Greyback Construction. As they have for many years, Greyback donated their executive suite at the SOEC for a hockey game of the winner’s choice—complete with snacks, beverages, and room for 15 of their closest friends to enjoy the night in style.

On Friday, winning bidder Wayne Braid gathered family and friends for the Vees’ matchup against the Vancouver Giants. The suite was buzzing, the game was electric, and by all accounts, an unforgettable evening was had by all.

A heartfelt thank-you to Wayne for his enthusiastic bid, and to Greyback Construction for their steadfast support of the Festival.
