The silent auction of the items listed below will happen at the Meadowlark Rendezvous May 17th at the Venables Theatre in Oliver. Doors open at 5:30 with our keynote speaker, Laura Lynch taking the stage at 7:30. Laura is an internationally acclaimed journalist and environmental activist. Tickets for the Rendezvous include a beverage of your choice and a delicious charcutier buffet and are available at www.venabletheatre.ca
George Traicheff’s original, commissioned artwork will be auctioned live after Laura’s presentation.

This hiking stick was salvaged from an apple orchard that was razed to make way for a highway intersection.
In its first life, it bore fruit that nurtured people and animals big and small. In this, its second life, it will assist you in your journey through the forests and meadows of our valley.
